I didn't think I was ever going to find my perfect dress; I knew what I wanted in my head but just hadn't found it until I went to Julia Tasker, all of the dresses in the shop are so beautiful and classic. Julia was so patient and let me try on so many styles and listened to exactly what I wanted, she made me feel so at ease at all of my appointments and fittings. Eventually after mixing a dress and a jacket we got my perfect dress and Julia altered it, so it fit me perfectly and was exactly how I wanted it. Julia kept in touch with me about other events she had such as Debbie Carlisle accessories where I got my gorgeous hair piece from and she was always on hand to recommend other suppliers such as shoes etc. I will miss my visits to Julia we will my mum but I now have the pictures of our wedding day and memories and I am so glad I chose Julia to help me find ‘the one’. I had been putting off buying a dress as I was nervous about the process. But when I came across Julia’s boutique on Instagram, I decided to go for it. Julia got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. I visited the bridal boutique the following week, the selection of dresses were beautiful. Julia was extremely welcoming and made the process so much easier than I thought it would be. She is extremely professional yet very approachable and kind. I really enjoyed trying on dresses and really trusted Julia’s opinion on which dresses suited my shape. My first appointment to try dresses on was fantastic - Julia’s knowledge and understanding of body shapes, delicate questioning of my likes and dislikes as far as styling is concerned and her friendly and efficient demeanour all helped me to leave with a beaming smile knowing I’d found the perfect dress for me.
