I have had quite a few reiki sessions with Julia now, and cannot recommend her highly enough. I know myself well enough to know when my chakras are out of balance and Julia is able to clear and realign, and offer accurate insights as to what she has found in the treatment. I always feel rejuvenated and stronger after a session. Julia also supports our family with remote healing sessions for my young sons. Julia is very knowledgable, caring, professional and flexible with sessions either with her at Kingsworthy or she will come to our house. I would go as far to say that she is a core part of my support ecosystem, providing much needed services whilst I'm under the pressures of raising a young family.

Working in a technical and logical industry, reiki was something that on a 'electromagnetic' perspective made some sense to me, or it's how I perceived it. But I guess like many others even those reading this, I was a little sceptical... I'd had no previous experience of any such treatments and although I was willing to be open minded, something happened I never expected or will ever forget. Shortly after the treatment started I was completely relaxed and I remember my scrunching up my eyebrows as I started to see as I described as "Vivid purple northern lights" projected on the inside of my eyelids, turned out that's the colour of the chakra for your head. I'd lost track of where Julia was stood around me, and we spoke after why were my eyebrows twitching, if part of me wanted some form of evidence, that in itself was more than enough. Even if I hadn't seen that, at the end of the treatment, I explained I felt 'neutral' but I guess I was completely relaxed, and I felt centered and grounded... I've since had a couple and I feel decluttered, or if you're an IT geek 'defragged'. Definitely worth it...+<
