Julia is a warm and friendly lady with great talent. I make my own clothes and although I have a good design eye I really didn’t know what colours suited me, only those that I liked, and I was totally wrong with some colours. Julia told me I can go bright, bold and patterned, which is wonderful as I’m going to have fun creating new outfits, but now using colours that enhance my face. So out go the little black dresses which drained the colour from my face (I would never have worked that out) and in come brighter patterned items that brighten my face and personality! Definitely money well spent. Thank you Julia.

Myself and my cousin went to get our colours done with Julia, after our mums had gone together in the past and loved it. We had a great time - My cousin and I had completely different pallets so it was really interesting to learn and see how all colours can look so different on different people/skin tones. I learnt a lot and very much look at colours/my colours very differently now. Julia was great and explained everything so well. I definitely understand now what colours work on me and what don’t - knowledge I certainly did not have before! Julia’s studio is lovely and we felt very comfortable throughout - overall great experience. Thanks again Julia.

Julia did a joint session for me and my daughter. Julia is a lovely , capable lady with a very discerning eye for colours , shapes & styles that suit an individual . I found her perceptive and pleasant. She gave me her undivided attention for the agreed time & did not rush through the process . She explained clearly what she was doing & demonstrated in a large mirror the value of all the suggestions she was making. I felt we had time and good light in which to judge colours & styles. I now know what flatters me & highlights my good features and what does not suit. It makes shopping time more focussed and gives me more time to select what’s best for my colouring and proportions.
