Pool was extremely dirty loads of bits and hair in the water the water itself was not clean at all. The owner cut into or hire time so she could merely clean the pool with a fish Net after we had to ask her to do so, owner repeatedly kept coming down to where we were in the pool to do God knows what, there was one shower which was upstairs and couldn't facilitate our group as there was alot of us and for us to all shower it would of cut into our swim time. Overall the pool was filthy I was shocked and horrified to see how dirty the water actually was and the colour of the water just filthy and because of the unclean pool I made the choice not to swim, I would never recommend Jules pool to anybody to hire it was a very disappointing experience. In response to your reply no you never hired the pool myself i dont think that matters but what does matter is that I did come to use your facilities and in my opinion your pool was very, very dirty water was discoloured and very unclean to the eye after we finished our session you then began to sweep all the water from the pool floor back into the pool which was alarming and shocking to see "deny that"... This was my experience everyone's will be different. (To the public this is genuine review.)

Pool was not cleaned before our session there was bits and lots of loose hair floating around in the pool from the previous clients i do not believe she left anytime to clean pool area between our booking and the previous booking because as we arrived they were just leaving also we had to ask her to ask her to clean the pool before we used it which she did and did not make much of a difference. There were some swimming floats on the side what were covered in mould we paid for a 2hr session in which all 7 girls had to be showerd and dressed and out before her next session which would of cut into our session as she only has the one shower. She also came down and stared to clean around the pool area while we were still in our session she gathered the bits together along with the excess water and swept it all into the pool she also says you are not allowed to wear your shoes from upstairs down to the pool area but she repeatedly came up and down the stairs and outside in the same shoes i would never use her services again and would not recommend her at all to anyone not woth your money at all needs to pick up her standards BIG TIME ive been to cleaner public swimming baths Big thumbs down

What an incredible and beautiful experience taking our son to have his 1st swim. The booking was straightforward and easy. With multiple ways to pay. Pool was clean and at the perfect temperature. The host was perfect- she accommodated to all our needs and made us feel safe and comfortable. Can’t wait to book again. Thank you Jules you are incredible.. 10/10.

Great private pool which has been finished to give the ambience of an ancient Roman bath house - it is always very clean and the water is a great temperature. The changing tents and baby changing area are great additions.
