    We found the bowl crave-worthy. Chicken was juicy and tasted of charcoal smokiness, plantain was soft and caramelised well, rice was free-flowing and delicious, all the toppings worked together really well! Portion was abundant. Service was friendly. Excited to have this dish again!

    Poor customer service while we were there two members of staff having a long chat while we were ordering. Virtually no one waiting he decided to prepare six bowls all at the same time whilst talking over the food, he then proceeded to take his phone out of his pocket sharing a video with his colleague and then proceeding to handle the food with his same hands, 🤮totally unacceptable … these are hands that he used to put the salad on the meals yuk … rather than change his gloves I observed him wiping the gloves … Really can juici jerk not afford for their staff to change gloves after handling food .😳🤢. Me thinks some customer service training and a refresher in food hygiene is required. Portions miniaturised food luke warm ..but prices remain the same .. I went when it first opened was a great fan of the food quality and presentation….. as a people I always try to support my own but my god you make it hard 🤨as the quality control and customer service is disappointing and lacking in professionalism I for one will not be returning.👎🏾

    Lack of staff for setting up .a lot of rushing and a long wait time even though i was one of the first to order . I orderd a jerk wrap I have had this before many times and it was cooked and made to perfection. This time however set up was one person as it was busy the wrap was made smaller than usual as in half the size and wrap was hard cheese was just bundled together and barely warm . The reason why you pay £10 is because it is filling cutting the size down is not really value for money . Popular in selfridges but either more staff to prep properly is needed and give value for money . The way you started should be the way you continue .
