Im surprised I haven’t left a review yet, however, Jugemu is by far my favorite Japanese restaurants I’ve been to. From atmosphere to food - outstanding. I think it’s rather silly when I read the comments about Chef and service because we are guests in their restaurant. Our bill tends to be a bit pricey because of the sake, however, totally fine with the cost of all dishes. It’s soho. We will be at Jugemu tomorrow evening and excited to see the menu.

Tiny 6sq shop which is crowded. I reserved a table but offered a space at a bank shoulder to shoulder with 3 men in suits with an hour of time limit. It is authentic as women do not look in your eyes and the owner does not respond to questions asked by women nor by men. Avoid it by All costs.
