What a great little pub to visit freshly made food to order. The owner Mike make you feel very welcome Well worth a visit when you're in the area. Kid-friendliness: Large beer garden and play area even got a small football net in the top area.

Lovely friendly welcome, tapas and pizza menu available, we'll presented, hot and fresh! Nice beer selection too. Did not know, but do now, that there is a small motor home and camping field, with hookups, at the back of the pub by the river. Also childrens play things and beer garden. Looked well tended and we will stay there next time we visit Yorkshire 😀

Lovely friendly atmosphere with Jayne and Mick being perfect hosts. Highly recommend the food, especially the tapas and homemade pizza and all very reasonably priced. We hope to be back very soon.

Found this little gem of a pub online and decided to give it a visit, the kids had a fab time playing in the play area outside and the lady behind the bar and the locals were nothing other than warm, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be coming again. Thank you 😊
