I'd attend more if they offered a swim only membership for those who do't use the gym, or if the sessions were available on Movegb.

Nice staff and warm pool. The building is quite outdated, but well worth investing in as it's a community hub for many.

Good local pool but needs some tlc in the changing rooms. There are no private showers, despite what the website says. Small gym is fine. Be good to have more child sessions that don't happen at lunchtime!

Every month they send me 27.50£ for membership and additional 20£ charges for Non Submission administration fee. Total 47.50 which is not what I expected for membership as it’s another much better swimming pool existing in area for 30£. Also if you start membership with payment for every month, you can’t skip one month. They will charge you any way even if you didn’t visited it and didn’t payed for some months, you will need to pay every month. In another swimming pool that I mentioned, you pay for the month that you ordered, so if to compare with normal swimming pools, this one is far from the best. Online help not working at all, they answering after 1 month since you made enquiry and it’s impossible to call them and get answer. That’s why 1 star. When you will stop sending me additional 20£ charge every month I will think about to rewrite review. Now it’s like this.

Cancelled multiple swimming lessons with little notice, sometimes none. It needs a huge refurb and some structure to the staff/helpers. Unfriendly people on desk too. Moved them to hengrove for same price. An unbelievable upgrade. I understand a lot of volunteers help run but it's a matter of time, before this place is closed andthe council build more flats on it. Just do it already.

Went to use the gym today and arrived to be told it’s closed for electrical works. The electrician was in there fixing lights. Then saw somebody in the gym doing their workout. Asked if I could use it to do a few of my physio exercises (didn’t need equipment) because it seems to be open. Told no even though someone in there finishing their workout. Completely confused! Would be useful if they could text members or message on website when gym and pool are closed as saves travelling and wasting time.
