The shower didn't work in the first room, I had to repack and I was moved to another room where the shower didn't work there either. Eventually I had to use the communal shower. I was promised some cash refunded for the inconvenience, they thought having a room without a shower (when I had paid for one) was only worth £15! I emailed and to say that was an unsatisfactory amount and I never got a response. Charming! Avoid this place.
