I do not want to even give them one star! I had a terrible experience with them in January. They were just awful. I am putting in a formal complaint. The Dentist refused to treat me, would not extract the tooth after the initial infection even though i had no access to an NHS Dentist. They were rude and left me to find £350 to get my tooth extracted privately... it was a complicated extraction due to where my roots were and If i had not had extraction i would have had another infection that would have spread again but more seriously. They did not bother to even X Ray my tooth to see the above and the risk i was in with further infection that could have spread to the bone and from sinuses to my brain.

I'm sure the service is great, once you have an appointment but tried calling 100 times from exactly 17.30 and couldn't get through. Very Long answer phone message which eventually told me to try later.

This place is getting better and better.Went in with severe pain in my wisdom tooth. The receptionist was so nice on the phone and when we went there.I have comletely forgotten about the mask (although she reminded me over the phone). She gave me a mask and one for my friend and let very kindly her in. The dentist (Ruta) put me at ease straight away. So professional and confident in everything she did. Solved my issue there and then and I trusted her 100%.The best experience ever.I can't praise and thank her enough.

Fab service for people like me who have been treated bad by community services. Got me in the same day I phoned and got me a strong course of antibiotics for my infected wisdom tooth

Was given an emergency appointment for severe wisdom tooth pain, receptionist was lovely and understanding of my panic and anxiety. Wasn’t expecting to be shrugged off and thrown two types of antibiotics for an infection they never told me I had and was just expected to take them even though I explained my difficulties with swallowing tablets. Hadn’t eaten for 2 days prior because I couldn’t bite down on one side of my mouth due to the pain and couldn’t eat for another day after my appointment as I was waiting for the antibiotics to kick in, one of which has given me nasty side effects so I stopped taking them as it was effecting my ability to work. I just felt a bit like I wasn’t taken seriously as I already have a fear of dentists and I just felt like I wasn’t being treated fairly. :/
