My wife and I had a 7 day juice plan delivered from JU-ICE-IT and the juices were delicious. We received them chilled within 24 hours of them being made and were able to freeze those we didnt need straight away. The selection of flavours was great and all were really fresh tasting. As it was winter we supplemented one juice a day with homemade soup so ended up juicing for over 10 days. We have juiced before and have always made them ourselves but having them delivered was a real treat and was totally worth it. Highly recommended !!

I haven't had the opportunity to go on a retreat as yet but I live local to JU-ICE-IT and they are my go to every time I need a health kick or want to drop a few pounds I have never been hungry on these juice programmes and often struggle to get through them all in a day. They also taste great every single one. I would also like to add the customer service is 10/10 and always very accommodating to your requirements. A MUST try if you like juicing or have never tried before - its the best - Thank You

If you have never juiced please do so people I felt I was putting on weight, feeling low, bloated and felt my body needed to stop eating, put only healthy food inside me with the vitamins and nutrition it still needs for a week; and see if it helped me. Didn’t just help but changed me. As inside my juice box delivered was advert for a retreat. For me I couldn’t rate this enough A week of completely stopping, everything done for me through great timings of juices, and my wow at end of day delicious soup. Also visited the wonderful town of Pollenca on Market day (which is a must) if in area. Swimming, yoga, messages like no other. All led by the wonderfulJuliet and Sarah. Who where relaxed, calming and supportive. Went not knowing anyone came away feeling I made friends😊 It also gave me that time needed to reflect on my life, which never have that time with day to day life. On the last evening I think everyone shed a tear on reflection of week.will be doing this again x

These colourful juices taste amazing and are packed with benefits to health. I ordered some of these when I was feeling low and continue them as a supplement to my diet because they are so easy to take. Juliet is always efficient with ordering and arranging delivery or pick-up too. Recently had the best week of experiencing just the juices in the beautiful surroundings of La Serriania Retreat, in Pollenca, Mallorca. Together with detox, Yoga, Pilates and a fantastic group of ladies, it was a truly calming and reflective experience. If you are in need of a cleanse or a pick-me-up, I would very much recommend the Ju-ice-it route to really kick start the process.

An incredible experience both mentally and physically. My sleep pattern improved, my complexion, body awareness, fitness, weight and I totally relaxed. The juices were timed specifically so hunger was not an issue. It was immensely freeing not to have to think about food, planning, shopping, cooking, clearing up, freed up a lot of space for self reflection. Juliet and Sarah were enthusiastic, knowledgable, positive and accommodating. The location and accommodation were beautiful and immaculate. I would highly recommend the Ju-ice-it retreat.

Just back from a fantastic, totally restorative week at the juicing retreat in Mallorca run by Juliet and Sarah. Held in the most beautiful, calm and peaceful location, our room and the surroundings were perfect. The juices were incredible, packed with fresh natural ingredients and delicious. All the classes on offer were superb. I found the 1:1 session with Sarah incredibly helpful and can honestly say that it has transformed my approach to strength and fitness. I can’t rate this experience highly enough. I have lost 7lbs, feel stronger, healthier and more balanced than I have for years and I’ve had a wonderful week with a group of fabulous women. I first came across Juice-It-Poole & Juliet on a YouTube video when I was looking to purchase a juicer. I was thinking of starting my own juicing business & thought having a chat with someone who had gone about things very similar to the plans I had in mind & with similar machinery, would be a great starting point. I emailed Juliet first asking would it be ok if I asked her advice on a few things . She was extremely helpful with a friendly manner & it wasn’t long before we chatted on the telephone on a number of occasions. I eventually travelled to Poole when it was possible & booked a business consultation with Juliet covering all aspects of the juicing business. For anybody starting a business in this field, I would definitely recommend Juliet as she has so much knowledge & experience from running her own juicing business for the past six years.
