Called JTS for routine check up as my boiler kept loosing pressure. Came out within half and an hour. Fixed the problem and gave clear instructions on maintenance. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Extremely professional, prompt and very cost effective service. Overall. Extremely pleased with JTS heating solutions. Will use again.

John quoted me £65 over the phone for investigating the boiler (which was making a loud sound when running hot water a few times a day). He checked the water/gas pressure, claimed the gas pressure might be the reason for the problem even though there were 24 mbar at the gas meter, quoted me another £145 (probably without VAT as well) for a full service, called the national gas grid company so they can check the pressure, and in 15min total he was gone. Later I receive the bill for £78, because he failed to mention that £65 was without VAT. So I still have the issue and £78 out of my bank, stay away.

John and Brian have just fitted a new baxi boiler at short notice really nice people and did an amazing job, clean and tidy and explained the whole situation about what was happening. Now my house is warm and cosy. Would recommend without hesitation.

John first came out to look at a leak with our boiler (this was a Sunday). Unfortunately it wasn’t fixable as our boiler was so old so John recommended a combi boiler due to the size of our house. He was then able to come out on the following Thursday to do the work. John and Mike were both incredibly friendly and professional, kept us up to date with arrival times and finished earlier than expected. The quote was very competitive and much cheaper than the big chains such as British Gas, we even got a hive smart heating control fitted. We were incredibly impressed with the service provided and will be using them for any problems or services needed in the future. Thank you John and Mike
