Unfortunately as a previous review if you want a refund they completely ignore emails and chats. My order arrived after my party despite next day (and 5 days to spare) delivery and payment. Would never buy from here again.

Thanks for the poor service. Never received follow-ups via email. I ordered a ready-to-ship item that was supposed to arrive already. Ordered it since Feb. 18. Standard delivery said within 2-3 days. I followed-up w/ the possibility of expediting my shipping (b/c the site says we can reach out and ask for that). Nothing. Haven't heard anything since Feb. 20. Very disappointed. I already was skeptical of this site. Thought it'd be nice to support black bizs but not all of them are worthy of our support. The other reviews must be fake, too. Now that I'm looking at it, the price I paid for my item differs from what I see now. I paid a lot more than what was expected. You will refund me my money - the full $32.46. Hopefully, this public review will grab your attention, since you don't want to respond to email. UPDATE: (3/11/23) Received my item on 3/6 and it wasn't what I even ordered. Different colors and oversized!! Already sent that item back. Better off getting something similar from a non-black owned biz. Smh, wanted to support something authentic. I better get my money back.

My children and I visited the Luton store for a kids painting session. However, once we were there I was really taken by their gorgeous collection. The staff are absolutely amazing. They are all really warm, welcoming and passionate about their African heritage which really adds to the whole vibe of the shop. The painting session was even African history themed. This was a fun and educational visit!
