After calling several people to get quotes, spoke to Damien who was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me free advice. The advice given worked and saved me paying out even though he lost a job. Fantastic service from Damien. The initial response was same day visit. By 4pm all parts were on order. Once the parts arrived which included the sealed drum unit a booking was made three working days later at a time that suited us to fit all the parts. This was a massive 3 hour job which Damien took on with no hesitation. The machine was basically rebuilt to new and now works like new.
