Lovely showroom with everything you need for your perfect bathroom. However be warned, examine every piece you receive before it’s installed. We ordered a package. L-shaped Bath, folding Shower Screen and L-shaped Bath panels. There was a scratch on the bath itself, the shower screen was not foldable, it was static, meaning you have to climb in and out at one end only, which is fine if you don’t slip. It also makes cleaning the bath and the shower screen impossible, without climbing into the bath to do so. The bath panels were too small for the bath, so our plumber had to compensate by making a plinth for the panels to sit on. When we contacted Pickford’s they didn’t want to know. They said we should’ve examined everything first, which would’ve been extremely difficult as the bath etc were all wrapped up and stored in a small bedroom. To be honest, we never ever expected the goods would be faulty and therefore not fit for purpose. Pickford’s after sales service is non-existent. They simply didn’t want to know. We are now stuck with bodged-up bath panels, a bath with a scratch and a shower screen we had to sell on eBay for £10. Very much a case of buyer beware. This is genuine review, please be warned. 😡

Love going here always a bargain to be had unfortunately they had to move when covid came from Rotherham to sheffield and sheffield is much smaller but still plenty of bargains and staff are very helpful definitely a visit
