Deeply unprofessional and difficult to work with. They sent the wrong checkout report and have been disorganised and slow to reply. They’re bad neighbours and unpleasant in negotiations. There are plenty of better estate agents in the area - save your time and energy.

I can't recommend Andrew/Jason and the team at JT Clarke London enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. My property was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. We had a nightmare during the process with our buyers solicitor, but numerous times throughout the sale process Jason or Andrew stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track right up until completion. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work, they do more than just sell houses.
