I have made appointments in advance to replace gearbox as thats what they advised when appointments was booked after 1 month i have send the car to the garage with recovery to be fixed they had the car for 5 days and call me and said they done a mistake and they are not able to fix the car and is going to cost me over £11000 to get new gearbox so i end up paying for recovery and expenses over £470 recovery driver repoted car was parked in the bushes when he collected very rude unprofessional wasted my time so be aware when you book appointment they don’t care after they ssaid gearbox will be replaced after they said there is no parts available its not true i have called and booked appointment with another company witch they said part are available please avoid this company Services: Transmission, Transmission replacement

Excellent - friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed that that the noise was probably not from gearbox but from wheel bearing. Unlike Nissan main dealer who said need new gearbox and quoted £6123 for new gearbox. And that didn’t include fitting it!!

Had my a5 s-tronic gearbox repaired by these guys and they made it an absolute pleasure, mechatronics unit repaired, new clutch pack and gear linkage loom replaced. Dropped it off on Wednesday had a phone call to pick it up 10am Monday morning and they came in 1k-1.5k cheaper than the other quotes I dad received. The office staff are very polite and a pleasure to deal with and the workshop guys where very knowledgeable when it came to explaining exactly what needed doing with my specific gearbox.
