Ordered 45 tiles as was short for my roof. went and picked them up and took a crate for them to be loaded into to make it easier only to get back home and find that there was only 42 by this point the branch was closed and I am a 50 minute drive away tried phoning the next day but could not get through and sent have sent an email with no response been over a week now. Luckily I had just enough tiles but not the point still paid for extra i didnt receive. The guy behind the counter was helpful and friendly but unfortunately the guy loading the tiles can't count lol
