Over the last few years, we've gradually had all our windows replaced by JSS. Today, it was completed with a new bathroom window, new garage window, and garage side door. Sam did a great job installing them. Very friendly and helpful. Phillip, the salesman, is always helpful. Very satisfied with all their work.

The windows and doors look very good. However there is a loud annoying whistling when windy that keeps us awake. To be fair JSS have been back to try to solve it but eventually just said well you’ll have to live with it, it’s the fault of where you live. No investigation of the fitting quality or whether the product is faulty. Just left it at that. And we’ve still got whistling windows. 3 stars but would rather 2.5.
