Really poor customer service and returns policy. Bought a Jsp powecap over £250, battery lasted 3 weeks of light hobby use before switch failed. Spoke to yandles who advised the power cap need to be returned to them and then sent from them to jsp to fault then advise a solution meaning I would be without the face mask for a period of time as per Jsp return policy. Given the fault I asked to speak to Jsp who put be through to a helpful lady in support who agreed the fault was battery related and a simple replacement battery was required. She advised to take a video to speed things up as it was clear what the fault was. Yandles then forwarded my video to jsp who confirmed a replacement battery would be issued last week. Adam at yandles has been great!! Despite him chasing 3 times jsp have only just confirmed despatch 4 working days after they confirmed a battery was being issued.... Poor customer service, these devices are not cheap for hobby use but I certainly would not recommend the power cap after it broke after such a short time and the time it is taking to resolve a simple fault especially for a safety device...
