Our boiler failed on Sunday night with a burst hose. I contacted JSJ Gas on Monday morning who were very quick to organise the required parts. These arrived quickly the next day and were fitted on Tuesday. Speedy and friendly service. Thank you.

Prompt, polite and punctual........but sadly, even though they originally installed this Vaillant Pro boiler and have serviced it annually. We had a problem with it losing pressure and constantly having to be topped up. This was resolved through our household insurance policy who sent their plumbers out and replaced a part with no charge. The boiler still had to be topped up every couple of months, but that was better than every week. The property has now gone on the market and is empty, but we got JSJ Gas in to service it a couple of days before vacating. We are now having to top the boiler up every few days. The place was empty through Dec and now end of Jan, but we have only just contacted JSJ Gas, who say we should have called them within 30 days from service, which was end of Nov. We think they could have been more reasonable as the place has been empty since a couple of days after their service. We are suspicious that as they didn’t carry out the insurance replacement part, perhaps their ‘service’ was a ‘dis service’. They want to charge to come out, but we have lost confidence in them and are going Direct to Vaillant for rectification.
