I was recommended to this company by a local garage in Kirby le Soken. I needed to have replaced a rear anti roll bar. I collected the car and thought all was well apart from marks over the seats,door and centre consol.Unfortuately I had to attend my brothers funeral in France, it was whilst I was driving at 70 mph on the A3 in pouring rain the car began to shake and swerve, I immediately slowed to 25mph and pulled into the slow lane with the cars hazard lights on. I had to continue for 1.5 miles to a service station as there was nowhere to pull over. When I checked the car I found to my horror that the wheel nuts hadn't been tightened and in fact on one wheel it had lost 2 of the wheel nuts and a stud had broken off the other nuts were all loose and could have fallen off any minute. It could have killed us. I telephoned the company and their attitude was couldn't care less.I called them again and insisted they get someone out to me. I then received a call back saying there was a garage 6 miles away if I could get there. Of course I couldn't unless I missed my ferry and the funeral. Instead I took a nut off the other back wheel and replaced it on the other. I couldn't even tighten all the nuts as they had taken the locking nut and not replaced it. They said bring it back when I got home, I wouldn't trust them to repair a toy car though alone a real one. I just thank God we are still alive, a less experienced driver probably wouldn't be. Please avoid this company. Service: Steering & suspension repair
