Just had the "preview" slip from school. Quite possible that its the worst preview picture i have ever seen. Fox talbot would be turning, infact so much so i rekon i could of done a better job with a potato, some string, and a couple of cable ties. Propper blue peter jobbie with some pipe cleaners and yoghurt potsfor added measure. Firstly, group photo, but with 5 kids and 3 teachers. What is the actual point? Second, the water mark is directly over my daughters face, even when you make an account and log in. Which brings me to my last point, the price, 24 quid for a 8x6 picture with 7 other individuals i couldnt give a monkey's about, a price which would make prince andrew sweat. So im not gonna take a punt, on the chance that the daughters eyes are closed.

Ordered framed chool photos in November. Chased several times and STILL not received. I gave them fair time due to postal strikes and chased again mid Jan with the promise of them being delivered to my home address. Still nothing.

Really disappointed again this year. Having spoken to the children after they were done, it seems there was no attempt to get a natural smile. It's so frustrating because one child looks lovely so now we have to buy a rubbish photo of the other child!! The prints are so expensive and the packages are never a useful combination of prints. So we have to go with downloads and get them printed elsewhere.

They are absolutely brilliant. We had an issue where we selected 3 pictures to put in a single frame, however not realising we selected 1 landscape and 2 portrait pictures. The landscape picture when printed in portrait had a white border at the bottom which was looking odd. I contacted JSSP and they happily replaced it with another picture for no additional cost. I couldn't have asked for more than that. Customer service has been brilliant all through this process.

Photos are too staged. The sibling shots have my two children hugging each other in the most unnatural way. I laughed on and off for a good hour after first seeing the proofs. Have never been keen on the sibling or individual shots and the latest class photo was just awful. Not a true image at all as the kids were broken in to smaller groups, again with ridiculously unnatural poses, and then those group images were mashed together as if taken as a whole class. Awful. Previous class photos were actually lovely, taken of the children and teachers nicely sat outside together, as opposed to casually leaning against each other as if they are all best friends. I'm surprised to have never heard about anyone having neck pain given the amount of exaggerated, sassy head tilting they're told to do! Terribly expensive. I currently have 9 different images available to order from a recent shoot. An option to have a mix of images as a package would be welcome. Who really wants, for example, package A, which is 12 of the same image?! 2 stars are based on prompt service, previous style of class photo and the laughs some of the images can provide, despite the comic value being unintended I'm sure!

done my daughters school photos photos are awful definitely not worth the money she is charging so I won't be purchasing. I was looking forward to the first school photo. I'm not the only parent at the school who has said they're awful I will most definitely be speaking to school in regards to this and advise not to use again
