Had to contact them on numerous occasions before they returned my call to book an appointment. Date/time finally arranged for visit and quote. However, on the day, due to turn up at 4:30 pm, received a text around 5:15 saying something has come up and can't make it. That was approx. 3 weeks ago now and we have had no contact from them since. If they call now we would not be interested in them quoting for business. It's a shame as wanted to give the business to a local company, but it won't be them.

From start to finish both Jamie and Terry were Professional throughout. Our Bathroom was a big project that needed bringing into the 21st Century and by no means straight forward. This did not impact on the workmanship. The entire Project was completed within 3 weeks . We are delighted with the end result and are now contemplating getting our guest bathroom done in the near future. We would highly recommend JS Cray Bathroom Designers and we are fussy. I would thoroughly recommend Jamie for fitting a bathroom/shower room. Turns up when he says he's going to and very professional in every aspect. Himself and his dad work so well together and everything has to be just right for them both, or it's not good enough. Clear up as they go, you wouldn't know they are in your property carrying out a bathroom refit. So pleased with my new bathroom 100%. What more can I say?
