Awful service Gave us a van with issues. The clutch died during our trip and the company has no recovery system. Awful service over the phone as well they didn’t care that it had broken down and offered no solutions. Told us to drive it back even with a dead clutch. Guy over the phone told three of us who rang up that the van we had been given had known clutch issues. Will be demanding a refund

I booked a van 8 weeks in advance. 48 hours before collection they claimed to have lost the booking, and then wanted to charge me a higher price than agreed and limit the mileage. Proved to be a very unreliable service.
