Well I dropped my car off on bank holiday Monday after Easter, to have timing and née chains fitted. Tuesday morning they were straight onto my car, even sent me videos of what the issues were, an I didn't even have to ask, which I thought were really rather good. There were issues with getting the parts, their suppliers letting them down when promising next day delivery. Monday morning the following week spent the day on it, even 1 mechanic stayed later to try and get to finished. Ended up collecting on the Tuesday morning. A very knowledgeable team and very helpful, I had a problem with my BMW 2 series grand tourer where the fuel pressure sensor failed and diesel got into wire loom. And reached the ECU . And all these just before Easter half term when we had planed a round trip with the car to Romania and back ...the team at JR Vehicle Services went over board to help get the car ready for the holiday . Many thanks for all the hard and and good work . Now I'm back to UK after 3000 miles to Romania and back plus travel the country up and down from site to site with no problems and the car runs very smoothly. I called late on a Wednesday needing an urgent repair (check engine light came on and car was stumbling along to get home) and they got us in first thing on the Thursday to do a code check and diagnostic. By midday they had got to the bottom of it and even ordered the part in to replace straight away. By 2.10pm I had my car back running amazingly! Cannot recommended these guys enough. We had a tight deadline as my husband needed the car back for Friday and they just got straight on with it. I will be going back for sure, so glad I’ve finally found a decent garage. Thank you!! I had an amazing experience with JR Vehicle Services. They were very helpful from day one till my car was returned after repair. Very good communication. I was being updated all the time showing pictures and videos of diagnostics. Quality of the work was top class. I had my Range Rover Evoque repaired. I strongly believe that they know every inch of Jaguar Land Rover cars and many other make and models. During the day of handover, Andrew gave his valuable time to me explaining all my queries. Within five minutes of conversation with Andrew, I understood that Andrew is one of the best in this business. Keep it up mate. Lastly, I would like to thank Claire for all your efforts in ordering and handling with the process from the start to finish. I would also like to thank Josh for your part in this process. The garage sorted my car and fitted me in urgently as I had travelled to Aylesford from Hastings on business and needed to drive back. I had a warning light flashing and the manual said not to drive the vehicle. As it was, it turned out to be a simple resetting issue. The garage called me back straight away, explained the problem and only charged a basic diagnostic fee and did not charge for actually fixing the issue. Many thanks. Highly recommended!
