Jez at JR Boat Services in Poole took on a major overhaul of one of our hire generators. The engine came back like new and the whole set is running perfectly. From start to finish Jez has been incredibly professional and very helpful all season for me. I purchased a boat which has had a few issues and during a busy summer spell Jez let me dump the boat with him even though he’s been incredibly busy he was able to fit me in. Constant updates and whattsapp with regular check ins on the progress. He has also helped me as it’s my first boat and taken the time to explain everything to me and I really appreciate it.
