Over the past 3 months I have been seeing Shaun for physiotherapy due to Ankle and Plantar fascitis pain. Having initially received treatment elsewhere I was looking for additional support as my plantar fascitis wasnt improving. Shaun's goal is all about long term mobility and movement free pain. It was an eye opener to how important range of movement is and adhesion. I have made lots of improvements in both areas and feel stronger and more mobile in my sports. It was an eye opener to learn the reasons why my left side always had the bulk of my injures and now I feel on the right path to being more mobile. I will continue to use JQ sports massage as it has changed my perspective on sporting injuries. And I highly recommend.

My husband had an assessment for a bad back and pain down his legs. The man gave a wrong diagnosis without any xrays. The pain he was having couldn't come from the diagnosis he was given. After seeing a specialist he has been given the right diagnosis and treatment. The man was qadtrying to sell him an expensive treatment plan of nearly £400 for 12 9e sessions. I don't know what would've happened once the 12 sessions were over and the pain would still be there. This is not the correct way to treat people who are in pain and trying to get support

For the past year i have been suffering with back pain, I have been to chiropractors, osteopaths and physios. Not one of them gave me any insight to what my issues were that was causing my back pain. Shaun put me through a extensive set of exercises and tests to find the root cause to my problems and broke things down in a way that was easy to understand. Shaun did in 10mins what everyone else couldn't do in a year, he found the root cause and cured the problem rather than treating the symptoms. Long story short Shaun is amazing and i will continue to keep seeing him for treatment.
