Ive spent 5 days working with JQ Modern Team, and it was Amazing! The building does not belong to new construction and architecture but is very well maintained and clean. We strongly advise anyone considering leasing an office through the JQ Modern to avoid them. Not only is the building an unsafe and unpleasant place to work but the leading staff are rude, unhelpful and the general attitude towards their tenants is to take them for every penny they have. We were tenants for ten years, paying almost half a million pounds in rent without missing a single payment. Once we informed them we would not be renewing the lease they were completely uncooperative with every request we made, ignoring numerous calls and emails from us. Lease agreements state tenants must redecorate office space upon leaving. We therefore had a firm come out and assess all necessary repairs and we gave them the go ahead for a full redecoration. Having completely decorated, painted and carpeted the whole office to a higher standard than when received the office space they sent us a £35,000 bill from a dilapidation report generated prior to the works being completed. The general treatment of ex-employees, tenants and even contractors is beyond poor. We are currently reaching out and getting statements from these people on their dealings with the management of the JQ Modern. All of which we will be sharing a little later in the year. Do not rent office space from this company! There are plenty of legitimate providers- the JQ Modern are not one.

I rented an office in this building when it was known as the Big Peg around 10 years ago. It was always a nice community but was a bit rough around the edges. I was here last week reviewing office spaces and it is just transformed now and it is really stunning. We looked at some larger offices on the 3rd floor and some serviced offices on the 7th floor - they were all spacey, fresh and light. Some good communal spaces as well. Really impressed with what they have done with the place.
