Just wanted to say that Jason the engineer booked to look at my Samsung American Fridge Freezer today, he turned up in the allotted time slot we were given, with a courtesy call confirming his ETA 20 mins prior to the visit. He was extremely personable and polite, very knowledgeable about the product, highly professional and methodical, fantastic customer service skills and most importantly diagnosed the fault quickly to a US P.S.U had a spare part in his vehicle which he immediately fitted and put our appliance back in service on the same call out. I’m extremely pleased with the service I’ve received from this engineer and JPR Digital, that I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again and would recommend them to anyone I speak to that needs their repair service, excellent, well done JPR and Jason 👍😃"
