Jon and his team exceeded my expectations and did a great job on my kitchen. They are a skilled team and I was very happy with the workmanship including carpentry and plumbing. The work was well managed and Jon is very flexible and went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the products installed including kitchen countertop, sink and faucet. I initially made contact with Jorge, Guillermo Pumisacho in January 2022 after he was sourced on Checkatrade. He came to visit my property to provide quotes on work that I wanted carried out whilst I was still going through the sale process of acquiring my property. Shortly afterwards he then emailed me quotes which were the fine tuned with his son, Jonathon Ricardo Pumisacho to finalise the work. In April 2022 the agreement was for an extension with Building Control included. Digging began that same day and rough line markings were made outlining the extension boundaries. This work took a few days with no physical work taking place afterwards as communication begun to break down regarding pricing quotes which didn't appear reasonable, their recommendation and / partnership with another company which had little consumer credibility and due to lack of communication. Ultimately I had get my solicitors involved to dissolve my working relationship with JP Constructions. In July 2022 my solicitors took the necessary legal steps to contact them and they did not reply to any of the letters sent by recorded delivery or email. As a result I am therefore entitled to escalate this issue further in court to recover lost payments and expenses.

We employed Jon and his team to build an extension at the rear of our Victorian property in clapham. We needed a firm that we could trust to retain the Victorian features and excavate our garden, reduce its size but at same time leave us with a space that still had natural light and the illusion of space. We had several firms pitch and we are so happy we used JP as the end result far exceeded our expectations. Not only did they complete the job on schedule their attention to details and quality of finish was second to none. We needed everything to be reclaimed and where we couldn’t retain original Victorian heights create a finish that still felt period. The biggest challenge was the garden that had to be dropped by 5feet and with us loosing 14ft we needed to make sure we created a space that gave the illusion of space, still got sunlight but also created a natural flow from the building without looking too modern. We lost a lot of plants but now have a blank canvas to start again and with a fully Installed irrigation system and lighting (all of which they installed) were excited to let it grow. We are not the easiest of clients as we have high expectations and they adapted to our demands and requests without any complaints. We would happily show pictures of the job to anyone that is considering using them. The last pics show the before of our garden and rear of building .

Jorge, Jon and their crew worked on our house for around 4 weeks. They did two new bathrooms and some other jobs around the house, such as fixing a couple ceilings, replastering, decorating... Their work was excellent and I would recommended them anytime! They are very professional and easy to deal with and very hardworking. We are very happy with their work and will be calling them in the future for any other jobs we have!
