I would give zero stars if there was an option. Arranged to call Friday morning 20th May, no show not even a phone call. Tried ringing Josh all day would not take my calls. Spoke to him on Tuesday 24 May, he apologised a job had run on but he would definitely ring me back at 5.30. Surprise, surprise no call. Tried ringing him on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th, he returned my call on Thursday realised it was me and put the phone down. Is this really a way to treat customers. My advice would be to avoid at all costs.

Immobiliser and BlackVue front and rear dash cams fitted to our new VW T6.1 Campervan. Great communication from Josh throughout with clear and competitive pricing. Josh arrived on time, with a text shortly before he arrived with an eta, and got straight to work on the jobs. The jobs took a number of hours and when finished Josh took the time to thoroughly set up both systems, fill in registration paperwork and test with me - only leaving when I was totally happy. Overall, a great experience! I would have no hesitation in using Josh again or recommending JP auto services to friends and family.

I had Josh come out to install an alarm and immobiliser in my supra. It came factory with an alarm, and has had another installed at some point that was partially removed. Josh did an incredibly clean job, removing the old parts of the system, and installing the new one using some of the mounting points previously used in order to reduce the holes drilled in the car. All wires are tucked, loomed and tidied away. You wouldn't know he'd been in there besides the car now having remote locking. An excellent, friendly guy too more than happy to answer questions and generally talk about his work. Will very happily recommend him and have him come out to sort out my other car when the time comes.
