We had a nice Big Sirloin steak last week for my Birthday dinner. It was absolutely delicious. Very tender and tasty. So i went back Saturday and got some Shin of beef for my stew and spotted a lovely looking shoulder of Pork. Well, i had to have it! We are So pleased i did! It was Soo tender and tasty and after feeding 4 Adults we can have some tomorrow with Chips and Beans. Happy Hubby!! Thankyou very much
