I have been using this optician and optical store for probably 20 years. Just at the moment, when nothing seems to work anymore, I wanted to give them praise for still working as well as they ever have. My glasses broke in the middle and within a week I had had an eye examination with the excellent resident optician and a new pair with the old lenses transferred across - all for a reasonable price. Outstanding!

When my previous optician closed down because of the pandemic, I had to quickly find a new one as I needed a pair of new glasses. I am so pleased that I chose Joy Optical! From the eye test to the new spectacles, nothing was too much of a problem. Tariq even got my glasses finished early so I go on holiday with them, and he was also able to fit the glasses brilliantly to my oddly shaped head. So five stars all around -- I look forward to using the services of Joy Optical through the next few years!

They were careful with materials that was at high risk of breaking and were able to fit my glasses to be almost exactly as they were pre-damage.
