She really took her time to explain the steps, asking whether the pressure being applied was okay and most importantly, Lucy made me feel incredibly comfortable. This was my first time to Joy Lane Clinic. I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Many of my friends have been to this clinic and they recommend this place to me. My appointment was with Charlie. He gave me honest advice which was nice to hear. After my treatment, the amount of movement I got was unbelievable. I would recommend this place if you have any neck/back issues that need sorting. Charlie and his team run an exemplary business. Just had my second visit to Joy Lane Clinic for my neck issue. Again all I can do is praise the staff and Charlie for the good work they do. If I have any more back/neck problems in the future, I would rather visit Joy Lane Clinic than trying to get an appointment to see my GP.

I cannot recommend Lucy at the Whitstable joy lane clinic enough, I've had 4 sports massage sessions with her trying to sort out shoulder problems, each sessions easing the knots & pain. She is so professional & can accommodate to each persons needs. Trust me if you have any problems either slight or major then book yourself in you will feel much better after your session. Thanks again Lucy see you again soon.
