John repaired my guitar from a completely unplayable state into a really well feeling, easy playing guitar. He reset my floating bridge, polished the guitar, fixed some loose knobs, fixed the intonation and restrung the instrument for a really good price. John was very responsive in replying to my query and he even drove to my place to collect and return the instrument.
