Overall experience was good for bike to ride for deliveries and for exercise and all... Just if they gave me key to remove the bettery it would be better cause i had to put my bicycle in house for the charging... And we don't have much space to keep bicycle in... It was too crowdy... Totally mess.. Additional point is jot bikes cost more than other bikes in the market... I mean other bikes gives more features.. i understand that they're illegal but Atleast jot bikes decrease their cost of rent..

I didn't like it I paid dearly for several weeks and they didn't give me the key to remove the battery, how could I carry the bike that size, my house already cramped with several stairs with no space, they gave me all the accessories and not the key to remove the battery that way i could charge it anywhere, bad service
