Workshop company, doesn't care for staff long term needs and developments. tick box's says one thing does another. some managers are breaking the UK employment law.. making staff work crazy hours... excessive pressure, micro management style and work off record to stop being detected. Snopping on staff emails and and stop references. horrible place to work for anyone with morals! great cover up though , look good on the outside. Broken promises , impartial HR and management support very high turnover... what else do we want to know....they even lie to third party review companies such as Glassdoor to remove any true criticism as fake reviews!! and get there buddies i.e management HR quite often to give reviews... forgot to mention pay low wage and very little progression.

This company has predators working there. Sales people on commission sold an 18 yr old on a course without checking if he was capable. A loan was used to pay for the course.
