Dealt with Bethany and another chap today whose name I didn’t quite catch, he was in charge of warranties. Brilliant pair, no faffing they both told me how it was when my car was in for warranty work. A 10x better experience than dealing with Bristol Street Durham Ford during previous ownership of a Ford. Will definitely be returning for future servicing. Thanks guys👏🏼

Recently bought a car from Seat in Darlington and honestly can’t recommend them enough. The customer service was fantastic. Allan listened to what we wanted, set up a test drive quickly and gave us all of the necessary information and options to proceed with the purchase. Dan was very accommodating in getting us the best deal for our part exchange. Allan had the car ready and prepared for when we had arranged to collect it and followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the car. We’re over the moon with the car and the customer service we received. Thank you Allan, Dan and the rest of the staff at Seat Darlington.

Shocking !!! STILL WAIT TO HEAR FROM THEM , AND HEADOFFICE The worst service expirience i had in my life. I booked my car for repair. They had it for two days . Now the fun part when i call for updates on repair ive been told that i didnt purchase this car here and i need to speak with dealer i bough it from . So they refuse to give me any information . Letter i confidently send to Seat manager somehow been passed to place i bough the car without my knowledge. Really bad . Are they not interested in makeing money??? Very poor custumer service . They just moved my car to dealer i bough it from . Whan i came to collect it I discover 2 dents on rear doors . Body work was in perfect condition when i drop it for repair. And at the and i dont know what they been doing and why . I just see that my millage go up by 86 miles in this 2 days . What they been doing i wonder. AVOID !

Extremely disappointed with how I've been treated at this dealership. I had been in touch with the sales team about a car I liked for the past week. I decided to make the trip down from Scotland and had informed the salesman a day earlier as I was close to finalising a deal and shaking hands. When I arrived and looked at the car I was then told somebody had already bought it. I was disappointed and annoyed to hear this as it was a waste of a 6 hour 400 mile round trip as I hadn't been informed that the car had been sold right under my nose. I was never even given the option to reserve the vehicle like showrooms normally offer. I would also like to add that I was repeatedly told the car is in excellent condition but when I inspected it the alloys were scuffed and there were many scratches as well as scuffs on the bodywork which was dishonest practice.

This is the first motability car I have had and John-Paul made sure that I was happy with everything to do with my car, and also that I understood everything fully.
