I have been buying scarves from Joshua Ellis since 2010 for personal use as well as gifts for friends & family. The quality is superb & they really do last years. Everyone I have gifted them to also loves the product. I have seen other reviews mention slow deliveries by fedex but mine came by DHL & arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Perhaps the pandemic shipment delays have been ironed out now if the company has moved away from Fedex & is using DHL. Thank you once again.

The product quality itself might be finest with long history and excellent reputation, but this is the worst retailer I've ever shopped in Europe. The customer services are incredibly terrible. It took long time for the ordered product to be dispatched, rather, it seemed like that they didn't proceed shipping process till I reach out to them via email to ask the latest shipping status. Even after the dispatch, somehow the product has been stucked at Fedex center-hub and not been delivered as the scheduled. Fedex suggested me that some information is missing from Joshua ellis and that is why the customs can not be cleared and the goods can not be delivered. Usually you will not get through the customer services (You have to use the telephonenumber of the headquarters instead). Even if you contact the customer services via email, no response will be received (indeed I have never received any response from them). Furthermore even if you can talk to someone else via call, sometimes they do not address the problem of shipping. I just do not see why they are so.

Scarf is perfect, but delivery was not. Should have arrived next day and didn't. I had to email and phone to get it sorted out, arrived over a week later, way past the birthday it was ordered for.
