We pre-booked and bought our tickets for “Lovejuice” on April 29th. As mentioned on the ticket “last admission at 23:30”. We were well before that time at the venue but not able to get in on time. There was such a large queue outside which was not moving at all and only got bigger well past 23:30. Not recommended! Line up looked very nice, but the organisation was not good. Why sell tickets if you do not have the capacity and / or are not able to manage such a ticketed event?! We didn’t manage to go inside on time. We had such a situation first time in our life 🙄probably we should forget about the refund as well :(

Was here on Friday 21st for the Route 94 event. Night was amazing, music was amazing, bar staff were lovely, Unfortunately, the security are absolutely horrible. Had to nip out at one point to put a friend in a taxi home (Preston) When I tried to get back in, security were unnecessarily rude, aggressive and were clearly enjoying it. My phone had died so all I wanted to do was tell my friend who I was staying with that I couldn’t come in and needed their keys to go home. All this time they were letting other people buy tickets and come in (so I even offered to buy another ticket to come in and they still said no) Told me it wasn’t their problem and I needed to wait outside til the end (which was 2 hours away) I’ve loved, and been to this this venue for events over the last 9 years or so. But this new security team are awful, awful people
