Came to Josephine’s from a recommendation from a friend. The shop was beautiful and we had a warm welcome. We were advised on the three different prams we were looking at which helped us make an informed decision. Pram came into store very fast and the girls assembled it for us and helped up to the car. Would definitely recommend to anyone. And they offer a blue light discount.

I'm so pleased to have stumbled across this lovely shop whilst browsing online. The owner helped me to choose the correct size of outfit for my son's Christening via message/email as unfortunately I'm not local to her area. The dungarees arrived after just a couple of days and are so attractive and soft. I can't wait to pop them on my baby for his big day as I know he'll look smart whilst being really comfortable. I only wish I was local to the shop so I could browse in person regularly! Wonderful.

The service I have received from this store has been amazing. I called and visited a few places before I found this store online. I wanted to order the oyster 3 pushchair and everywhere I had called up to the point of finding this store were not helpful at all. I found the ladies very helpful gave great advice, was honest about deadlines on this pushchair. They kept me informed the whole way through, and put me at ease.
