It is a pleasant saloon. However, the hairdresser cut my hair in a wrong way: in a part of the head is longer than on the other side. And my face and chest were full of hair. They didn't clean me. And they don't think out of the box. If a person wants a style of his/her hair, they should tell the client that it doesn't fit with his/her face. The personal it is pleasant, but this is just for money.

Booked a shave and haircut for a 50th birthday treat in Friday 22nd April. My husband was really excited to have a treat as its not something he normally does. He has very short hair so didn't expect much but booked the shave as knew it would be a treat. The gentleman who did this didn't even use a cut throat razor just a normal one which he could if done himself the hot towels weren't even ready as he hadn't put steamer on so was running them under the tap. For 50£ it is a complete rip off. I complained on Saturday 23rd and have heard nothing but when I was booking the experience they emailed me quickly then. The hotel is amazing but don't get your after speaking to Diane today 28th she has resolved my complaint in a professional way so well done for taking my complaint seriously and resolving it.
