Like many other reviewers, I would suggest to avoid using this company. Sent in a run of railings to be galvanized and powder coated but they came back 6 weeks later rusty with several panels damaged. Despite their claims, there was no evidence to show that they had attempted to galvanize my work. Customer service is non existant, with numerous emails and phone calls going unanswered. When you do get hold of someone, either they fob you off with excuses, divert blame or pass you on to someone else in the company. I have had to pay £270 to a third party to rectify the damaged caused by Joseph Ash Galvanizing. They are aware of this but don't appear to care. A special mention has to go to both Anita and Russell. Both have given the impression that attending a customer care course would be a good idea for employees of this company.

Sent pictures and manufacturing details said they could galvanise the product. Had the item in there possession still thought they could galvanise. They then completely destroyed the items. Then refused to take any responsibility . This is not acceptable and i will be going to court for the cost of the replacement goods . I will let you know what happened. But people be warned about the way this company treats its customers
