Couldn't have asked for better treatment Holly (my Mother's springer spaniel. Holly is nervous of being with strangers, deaf, old & has all the lumps & bumps to show for it. Becky allowed me to stay with Holly while she washed, clipped & cut her claws & was extremely attentive to her well being. Holly looks lovely & does not have a single nick in her skin. Very happy.
