Generally a great practice. Getting appointments on a morning is difficult but that's true of every GP. The Clinical Care I have received has been excellent and help when I have sought it has been provided quickly.

So rude on the phone. Was a bit shocked to be honest and couldn’t even help me out. Very disappointed.

Most of my experiences at this GP have been wildly unhelpful, and today I’ve just wasted hours of my day on hold to make an appointment, only to be hung up on on the GP’s end, never having been able to make an appointment. Not only that, but their online appointment link is down. There needs to be a serious reorganizing of their systems.

Horrendous wait times for anything from phone calls and appointem to forms. Expect simple tasks to be delayed to an agonising degree. Staff are polite in my experience however.

Not feeling well at all, popped into Woolpack surgery, bless the amazing ladies on reception, they went over and above to help, they told me to take a seat to see if anyone was free to help. I was taken through to see Dr Theo, she listened, helped and immediately did a couple of tests. I was made to valued and really cared for. Dr Theo is an absolute credit to her role, practice and the NHS. Thank you all for your help. Brilliant doctors practice and excellent service from the reception staff who are always happy to help and answer any questions with professionalism and understanding to the nurses and doctors and the pharmacy staff. Great work guys and thank you for making my life a little easier with your care.

Rude receptionist beyond my comprehension. Curly blonde queen, she definitely runs that place (on a Saturday) I also found the Saturday doctor to be rude I feel sick every time I go in, it’s horrendous. Will be changing doctors.

Reception and additional staff brilliant! However most doctors are being rude and patronizing! I wish they would have done their job when needed. An example, I have waited almost one year for a referral to the pain clinic however i needed an MRI firstly in order to be seen by them and the pain clinic requested the imaging, on the 12th of July 2022, to be done by the GP . Since then, GP did not follow that,MRI center didn't receive anything, they haven't requested it etc.and i could add more to the list. i am so uncomfortable losing my proprioception and unable to do my daily routines or work properly. Very dissatisfied, disappointed!! I wouldn't treat my clients the way these people do! I can agree that it is difficult to work with people! Treat us as you'd like to be treated, indifferent of the person's behavior. I am a Vet Surgeon and i took an oath, you did too! It is unacceptable!!

Deregistered me without telling me. Told me it’s because I had undelivered mail but I hadn’t changed address so it wasn’t my fault and they had my right address on file. Won’t be going back because I’ve never had a good experience.

I'm sure the staff are overwhelmed and I've had a good experience considering that is the case, there doing the best they can and I appreciate the NHS and this practice, but I got gave a months prescription told to come back in 3 weeks (I called 2 weeks in advance) and there's no appointments, keep in mind this prescription needs to be taken daily otherwise it will have no effect, if you know you don't have the staff give me a repeat prescription in the first place I have dealt with side effects for the past 4 weeks, and now I have to do it all over again cmon. Not a complaint about the practice I'm just annoyed and this shouldn't happen. The receptionists will not answer your questions fair enough they have a lot to do but I also don't know how this stuff works so would be helpful if they would answer a few questions about how to get a repeat prescription. Anyways we need more funding to the NHS sort it out government :D
