LANDLORDS AND TENANTS BEWARE. They treat tenants terribly but most importantly are NOT good property managers. They do not carry out end of tenancy cleaning/repairs (which you assume are done for the amount they are paid) and just hope new tenants won't notice. If the new tenant does notice you are both drawn in to battle with them as to who pays for what when these guys should have been, and have been employed to be, sorting to begin with. The property I was involved with also had a bailiff threatening to knock the doors down for a tenant that had left years ago - no help and can only imagine who'd have footed the bill for new doors. I've been a tenant and a landlord for years, I wouldn't go near this bunch ever gain. Also - staff at DIRECTOR level are incapable of handling GDPR issues. You can try complaining but they don't understand their own complaints process (and hope you'll just get tired of trying)

1. For many months a faulty fire alarm was beeping but they didn't change it and ignored the tenant. Major safety breach. 2. Keep changing the end of tenancy amount owned trying to rip us off. Maybe because English isn't our first language?! For example, - double charging the same item (removing a table), - charging wrongly in the first place (table was there when they arrived) - they never provided a photo inventory on moving in - place was dirty on move in, we cleaned it impeccably, but agency wants to charge 165 for deep clean - bathroom fan was on constantly throughout tenancy (no window in bathroom) but agency wants to charge 55 for sanding down etc We were tenants with them and we categorically advise to stay away from them. Pretty sure they're just taking the Mick thinking people won't bother to argue or go to court over unfair fees just because they're new to Britain.

I recently purchased an apartment in Central Manchester as an overseas buyer through Jordan Fishwick and transitioned quickly to using their letting service at completion. Within one month and during holiday season it is now let at asking price. Thank you Katie, Chelsea and team - love your work. I couldn't ask for a better service team. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been a tenant with this company for 5 years in the same property, I've been told we need to pay for carpet cleaning for normal wear and tear on the carpet and stefan Bowers has been useless he's taken over with correspondence and he's very slow at replying and getting back to me. It's very upsetting because everyone other then him have been great but really disappointed by the communication and support at the end of my tenancy go elsewhere if you can

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I am heavily pregnant and was physically and verbally attacked by the staff member due to me trying to retrieve a parcel from old flat unacceptable and disgusting not the way to treat anyone even if it’s an old tenant.
