If you are just learning , or already a lead trad climber, I could not recommend Jonny's 'learn to lead' course enough! I feel like I could give a go at leading anything now. There was a lot of focus on gear placement and building anchors. Got some great climbing tips too! I feel like I'm climbing with a lot more confidence knowing my gear has a far better chance of catching me! Jonny is a natural teacher, very patient, friendly and fun!

We had the most wonderful day climbing in the Mourne Mountains, completing lots of routes and managing to escape the bad weather thanks to Jonny's suggestions. The routes he showed us were both challenging and fun and we learnt many new skills, particularly regarding our footwork as well as working with tiny hand holds. We felt completely safe the entire time, and Jonny is super lovely himself too – so many nice chats were had while climbing and coffee-ing. Five stars!

Super day out on Hen Mountain in the Mournes for the 'Intro to outdoor rock climbing' course. Jonny introduced us to rock climbing in a fun & informative way, with an emphasis on safety. With his years of experience we came away feeling we had learned so much and felt safe throughout the entire experience. I will definitely be heading back out again in the near future. If you've been thinking about getting into rock climbing or just want to see what it's like, give this guy a shout!

Fantastic 4 days with Jonny Parr on the Isle of Skye covering the Cuillin Ridge and a little rock climbing as well. Relaxed, great craic but really professional as well. Jonny has got all the skills and so I couldn't recommend him highly enough for a mountaineering or climbing trip. Top guide and top man to boot.

Fantastic SPA refresher course with a highly qualified and skilled mountaineer. Jonny has a relaxed, professional approach at illustrating and demonstrating the relevant information. I also appreciated his little 'knowledge nuggets' for specific situations. I would certainly use his specialist skills and services again.
