Jones of Shropshire, the establishment is being poorly managed, with conflicting information provided by different staff members who display impolite behavior. They dont care about their customers at all. Furthermore, the items being sold are of low quality, such as vases containing bird droppings and overpriced carboot items.

I'm generally a calm and understanding person, but my recent experience at this antiques centre has left me feeling utterly frustrated and, quite frankly, deceived. I purchased a tablecloth that was marketed as a brand new piece. However, upon receiving it, it was immediately clear that it was not new. Instead, it was unmistakably vintage. While some might delight at the prospect of a vintage find, this was not what I had paid for, nor what I had expected. Seeking to resolve the situation, I attempted to return the item. Much to my surprise, I was informed that the centre does not accept refunds. The "no refunds" policy, scribbled haphazardly with a felt tip pen on a piece of paper, was conveniently located behind the counter – a place no casual customer would think to look. It felt as if this policy was purposefully hidden in plain sight, a crafty trick to circumvent the rights of the consumer. To say I feel misled is an understatement. I was sold an item under false pretences, and then denied what I believe to be my legal right to a refund. It's one thing to make an honest mistake in labeling an item, but it's quite another to refuse to correct such a mistake when it's brought to your attention. In this day and age, where customer service is paramount, it is shocking to encounter a business with such poor practices. I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider before making a purchase here. You might find yourself in my shoes - disappointed, frustrated, and out of pocket for an item that did not meet its description.

Poor communication,visited the shop and bought a few items then I got a business card because I had items to sell so I emailed and sent a Facebook message to be totally ignored,just an acknowledgement would of been good. definitely not the best way to run a business!!
