Everyone at Jones memorials were brilliant at helping me with the headstone and helping with the design, the headstone was amazing when it was completed and was perfect to the design we created, i cannot thank everyone enough for there help and expertise at a difficult time for our family, and would also like to thank Kate for letting my boys and my wife's best friend to paint the stars on the headstone, it was such a lovely gesture and something they will all cherish, I would highly recommend Jones memorials to everyone.

Kate and her team made the whole experience as seemless as possible. Every member of the team I spoke to was polite, professional, empathetic and went out of their way to help. They worked with us every step of the way to ensure we were happy. No request was too big or too small and they ensured our new memorial matched in perfectly with the existing two. The memorial is absolutely stunning and the bespoke emblem was designed and executed perfectly. I would highly recommend Jones Memorial as they made something so hard so easy.
